WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We’re thrilled you’ve chosen Caramelo Kids! Once your order is placed, please allow 1–2 business days for us to process and prepare it for shipping.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping times vary by destination:

• UK: 1–3 business days
• Europe: 3–5 business days
• Other International Destinations: 7–10 business days

While we work closely with our carriers to ensure timely delivery, some factors outside our control (like customs processing or weather conditions) may affect shipping times.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes! As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that haven’t yet been processed or shipped.
