If something isn't quite right or you've had a change of heart – returns are easy!

14-Day Return Window

We have a 14 day return policy which means you have a 14 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return.

Eligibility Criteria

For your item to qualify for a return, it must be unused, in it’s original condition, and packaging, including tags and plastic. Please ensure garments are unwashed and unworn. Please note, certain items cannot be returned, including:

Hair Accessories

Gift Cards/E-Gift Cards

Additionally, sale items are non-returnable, as indicated by their discounted price. All sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

UK Returns

Create your returns label on the portal below. Opt for our paperless option and reduce your carbon footprint with a simple QR code. A small charge of £2.50 applies to cover return costs. 

International Returns

For our international customers, please use a trusted courier to return your parcel. You'll be responsible for the return costs. Remember to keep proof of postage until your return reaches us.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it to ensure it meets our criteria. You'll receive prompt notification of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus any postage costs. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Free Gifts

If your order included a free gift and you return any items, the free gift must also be returned. Failure to do so will result in a deduction of the free gift's value from your refund.
