Free Pencil Case Offer Terms

Purchase any two qualifying schoolwear items in one transaction and receive one complimentary pencil case. Qualifying products are identified on the relevant product pages and may include selected clothing, school shoes, bags and lunch boxes. Pencil cases, socks and hair accessories do not qualify.

The offer is available online until 11:45pm on 10 August 2026, while promotional stock lasts. One complimentary pencil case is available per order. The colour and style will be selected by Caramelo Kids to complement the order and will be subject to availability. No cash alternative is available.

If items from the order are subsequently returned, the customer must retain at least two qualifying items to remain eligible for the complimentary pencil case. If fewer than two qualifying items are retained, the complimentary pencil case must also be returned unused and in its original condition. If it is not returned, £14.50 will be deducted from the refund due.

This offer does not affect your statutory rights, including your rights where an item is faulty, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
